  Absolutely disgraceful company, do not set foot into the store, the letting staff are rude and abrupt. I moved into a property 6 months ago which had no working smoke alarm and was disgustingly dirty. I also didn't have a working oven for nearly 2 months after moving in. There was a leak in the bathroom which caused water to drip through the ceiling causing all the carpets in the landing to be ripped up and when they were laid back they were not laid back properly. I had to get them to send cleaners into the house because it was so disgusting I refused to unpack. Now after 6 months they are wanting me to pay £120 for the privilege of moving out of said disgusting property. I have scrubbed the house from top to bottom I have had to repaint walls due to the disgusting stains all over the walls, I have had to bleach every inch of this house, They are now telling me if I do not pay £120 for moving out of this disgusting house they will try and retrieve it from my security deposit when I have infact improved this property. Absolute cowboy of a company and if I never have to deal with them again it will be too soon. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY
